Hidden away in the historical area of La Fonderie, once home to many of the town’s textile printing factories and then to an important Foundry, Les Ecuries (the stables) were built in 1918 in the courtyard of the main house. This is now a peaceful residential area with easy access on foot into the town centre, to the station and to all public transport.
The holiday cottage is a 60M2 two storey building set in an English garden. The original wooden staircase leads to the first floor where a large bedroom nestles under the beams and leads to a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The ground floor offers a 30M2 open space with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The sitting room area has a comfortable sofa and armchairs for relaxing or watching the television and DVDs.
A welcome basket provides the ingredients for a simple supper or breakfast.
Les Ecuries offers all the charm and advantages of a bed & breakfast but allows you to be completely independent.
